Case Study: Couture Lash Parties – Specialized Digital & Print Marketing Campaign – 6 Events Over 6 Months
Couture Lash wanted to create a trending event to spark excitement around their new location. I suggested they start really branding their bachelorette parties and call them ‘Couture Lash Parties’. I designed invitations for each event and they were a huge success with great response and turn out, The 3rd and the 5th parties were so large they had to relocate it to a hotel to accommodate all of the guests, over 50 women. Case Study: Blue Moon Gift Shops – Full Social Package – Over 5 Years
I was the Social Media Manager for Blue Moon Gift Shops for over 5 years. I posted on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google with photography and videography included. I also designed monthly email newsletters and mood boards for every season as well. I designed their website and maintained the shop updates, blog content, social profiles and more. Event marketing for their annual Holiday Open House in 2014 had triple the attendance than any previous year. Eclipse Artisan Boutique is the sister business of Blue Moon Gift Shops, so we were able to co-market both businesses for events. Social media and email marketing created a buzz around many beloved local artisan products. Mood boards and newsletters were very seasonal and vibe oriented, showcasing unique local artwork in various mediums. Case Study: Two Hills Marina – Newbie Email Marketing Campaign
Two Hills Marina opened their new location after being shut down for over two years from hurricane Florence. These emails were sent to all current and former members of the marina’s other locations, announced over the radio and added to other local publications. This graphic was also translated into automated Google Ads through Salesforce. It revealed that there was a great need for marina slips and storage among their previous members. Over 400 local leads detected and closed, over 65% leading to direct sales. I would say campaign successful!
Case Study: Uptown Market at Porters Neck & Uptown at Midtown – Basic Social Package – Over 2 Years
Social media marketing (Facebook and Instagram alone) led to over a 25% increase in total annual sales for the entire year of 2021. These sales were directly traced to daily social media posts. Uptown Market also experienced an average increase of 15-20 extra calls per day asking about content seen on social media as well. I received an average of 8-12 Direct Messages per day on each platform maintaining a 1-hour response rate. 96% of the products posted on social media sold within the week if not that day. We call that a slam dunk in marketing!
